BOOKING CONDITIONS SPORTS TOURZ

These Booking Conditions, we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with Sports Tourz, located at Stuyvesantstraat 9, 2023 KK Haarlem, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number: 75406241, VAT No: VAT: NL001463768B22 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the company or the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

By making a booking, the company or first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:-

1.       He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;

2.       he/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking;

1.       Applicability

1.1    These Booking Conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services with and from Sports Tourz.

1.2    These Booking Conditions also apply to additional agreements and subsequent agreements between Sports Tourz and you/ company.

1.3    These booking conditions and any agreement to which they apply are subject to Dutch Law.
We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with your contract or booking will be dealt with by the Courts of the Netherlands only.

1.4    No variation of these terms will be valid unless confirmed in writing by us.

2.       Booking and Confirmation

2.1    A booking is considered confirmed with us when:
a) you have signed the quotation within the specified deadline mentioned on the quotation document and b) a non-refundable deposit has been submitted to us. You will be advised of the deposit amount in your quotation.

2.2    Upon signing the quotation, you will enter into a binding contract with Sports Tourz. Subsequently, the relevant cancellation and payment terms, as outlined in article 3 and 4, will take effect.

 

3.       Payment Terms

3.1    After your booking you will receive a quotation/cost overview package. After signing the quotation/ cost overview package, you must pay the required deposit. The deposit is the total of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or any number of split deposits indicated on your quotation/cost overview package.

3.2    If you are booking within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

3.3    Deposit schedule: unless otherwise specified in your quotation/cost overview package.

Deposit 1) Confirmation: 30% of the total amount must be remitted within 30 days from the date of receiving the quotation. Upon reception of the first deposit, the booking shall be deemed confirmed.

Deposit 2) 50% of the total amount must be settled within 60 days from the date of receiving the quotation.

Deposit 3) 20% of the total amount is required to be paid 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date.

3.4    Some accommodation providers may also require additional deposits at the time of booking.

3.5    All payments should be made in Euro’s; no consideration will be given to currency changes.

3.6    Sports Tourz reserves the right to adjust prices due to unforeseen circumstances, change in supplier prices, tax increases, or other external factors. In the event of price changes, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

3.7    In case of non-timely payment, Sports Tourz reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice and charge cancellation fees according to the applicable cancellation conditions.

 

 

4.       Cancellation Conditions

4.1    Cancellations must be reported by you in writing (email or post) to Sports Tourz

4.2    The cancellation date is determined by Sports Tourz according to the date of receipt of the written cancellation, and cancellations received during the weekend will be counted from the following first workday.

4.3    Cancellation fees depend on the timing and are specified in these cancellation conditions.

4.4    Sports Tourz reserves the right to make changes to the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. The Customer will be informed in a timely manner if possible.

 

Customer Cancellation full or partial: (after signing quotation)

4.5    Cancellation or partial cancellations: 30-60 days after booking confirmation: refund 70%, 30% payment of total package required.

4.6    Cancellation or partial cancellations: between 60 days after booking confirmation and 60 days before tour date; refund 50%, 50% payment of total package required.

4.7    Cancellation or partial cancellations: 60-30 days before tour date; refund 20%, 80% payment of total package required.

4.8    Cancellation or partial cancellations: 30-0 days before tour date; refund 0%, 100% payment of total package required.

 

Cancellation by Sports Tourz: (after signing quotation)

4.9    In case of a force majeure or unforeseen circumstances outside control of Sportz Tourz that affect the final execution of the tour and lead to incomplete execution of the tour, Sports Tourz reserves the right to cancel the tour, we uphold the cancelation terms of suppliers, this also includes the terms on refund the client for the incurred damages. For the avoidance of doubt, if the project will be fully executed in a different order than agreed as a result of a force majeure, the client cannot claim any damages. Force Majeur or unforseen circumstances can be war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics.

 

Important:

These cancellation terms are applicable for all bookings unless otherwise agreed upon and confirmed in writing by Sports Tourz. Sports Tourz reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice to the customer. For further questions or clarifications, you can contact Sports Tourz.

 

5. Liability

5.1 Sports Tourz is not liable for loss, damage, accidents, or delays caused by third parties.

5.2 Sports Tourz’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective travel service.

 

6. Travel Insurance

6.1 You are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance for the duration of the trip to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance must be arranged by the Customer and is at the Customer’s own risk.

7. Complaints

7.1 Complaints about the services provided must be immediately reported to Sports Tourz, allowing the opportunity to resolve the complaint.
